The Community Action Partnership of Orange County is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Garden Grove, California, serving Orange County with a mission to reduce poverty by stabilizing, sustaining and empowering people through access to resources when they need them. It pursues this goal by forming strategic partnerships with community organizations and institutions to address local needs and strengthen the support network for residents facing hardship. Among its initiatives, CAP OC established Orange County's first official Diaper Bank in May 2020 to assist families with infants. It also operates Clementine, a mobile service launched in 2019 in collaboration with the PIMCO Foundation, delivering nutritious foods and diapers to areas with limited access to fresh produce. In March 2025, the City of Irvine partnered with CAP OC to offer The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
