Community Alternatives, Inc. (CAI) was founded in 1980 to serve the needs of individuals in the community. In 1983, CAI expanded its services to include both vocational and residential programs, broadening its impact on individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities requiring support for independent living and employment. Over the years, CAI continued to grow and evolve, adapting to the changing needs of the populations it serves.
