Community Business is a not-for-profit organization based on Hong Kong Island, operating out of Sheung Wan. It focuses on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within companies across Asia and is governed by a membership network. Founded in 2002, the group bases its work on research and uses Asia-led insights to interpret global practices and policies, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, notably those related to health, equality, decent work, and partnerships. Its programs address workplace wellbeing, gender equality, reduced inequalities, disability inclusion, and LGBT+ inclusion, through long-term campaigns that advance DE&I, build disability confidence, and promote gender equality. The organization works with leaders to broaden understanding, stimulate dialogue, and encourage actions toward more responsible and inclusive business practices. In 2019 it published a Singapore-focused briefing as part of its Asia Disability Country Briefing Series, reflecting its research-driven approach.
