We are a people-centered, asset-based urban planning, policy and design consulting group based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and working in the US Midwestern region, and in Mexico and Peru.

We are a client-focused organization and offer professional planning and design, public participation, and communications services.

We deliver sustainable, people-centered solutions to mobility and place, specializing in pedestrian and bicycle planning, placemaking and urban design, and community engagement.

Listening, iterative consultation, and consensus-building are core values of our approach. We develop plans that respond to our clients' needs and that integrate meaningful community engagement, innovative and best-practices approaches, and creative and action-oriented solutions.

We are a Hispanic-owned small business enterprise, and are currently certified by the Minnesota Unified Certification Program and the North Dakota Unified Certification Program as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and by the Minnesota Twin Cities' Central Certification CERT Program as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE).
