That’s why we created CHP Design Studio, an award-winning firm dedicated to attractive, affordable, and efficient community-focused designs. Our team members are LEED-accredited professionals experienced in Earth Craft and cohousing community development. An example of our commitment to sustainable, community-focused design includes the integration of productive landscapes into its standard design practices for single and multifamily designs. By advocating the use of natural fertilizers, integrated pest management, and native plants, a productive landscape can lower maintenance costs while reducing use of water and harmful chemicals. Productive landscapes also provide habitat and food for wildlife and offer gathering and exercise spaces for residents.
