Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, the Community Development Corporation of Oregon is a nonprofit organization that serves as a backbone to create pathways from poverty to prosperity. It collaborates with leaders in Oregon's poorest communities to improve health outcomes, integrate faith-based and family service programs, foster public-private partnerships, expand affordable housing, and support commercial development.

Its flagship work centers on the Rockwood community, described as neglected and under-resourced after decades of disinvestment. In June 2023, the organization announced a strategic alliance with Outgrowing Hunger to address hunger in Oregon's poorest communities. The organization operates with a small staff.
