Community Education Building (CEB) is an education administration programs organization located at 1200 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware. It employs 11 to 50 people. CEB was established in 2012 after Bank of America donated the former MBNA Bracebridge IV building to The Longwood Foundation, which created CEB as an independent entity and transformed the space to support youth development. The organization operates a co-location and shared services model focused on the whole family, offering services such as healthy meals, life coaching, and mental health support to engage families in their children's learning. Recent activity includes partnerships with Delaware State University, Widener University Delaware Law School, and the University of Delaware to announce a $250 million Bridge Project at the Bracebridge complex in downtown Wilmington.
