In addition to adtministering rental assistance programs, we offer a variety of housing-related programs and services promoting home ownership, educating renters and landlords and improving existing housing stock.   Building on our years of experience and technical expertise, we consult and partner with others to offer practical information for property owners, participants.

Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA) was organized to offer specific assistance in the areas of public administration and private industry management via its state of the art professional services.  Nationally recognized for innovation in management techniques, CMA can ensure client satisfaction in the form of quality and affordable housing.  Since 1987, CMA has provided contracted services for MSHDA to administer the Housing Choice Voucher Program in Berrien, Cass, Clare, Gladwin, Ionia, Isabella, Kent, Lake, Livingston, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, VanBuren, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties.  In addition, CMA provides case management services for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program in several counties.
