Community Nursing Services is a Utah-based nonprofit health care provider delivering in-home services, including home health care, hospice and palliative care, infusion pharmacy, immunizations and flu shots, as well as oxygen and respiratory support. The organization operates nine branches across the state from Logan to St. George, conducting thousands of home visits and immunizations each year. Founded in 1928, CNS is recognized as Utah's oldest nonprofit home health agency and provides care without regard to a patient’s ability to pay, including accepting all Medicaid patients. Its staff comprises a broad mix of health professionals, such as registered nurses, aides, therapists, social workers, pharmacists, and administrative personnel to support patient-centered care at home.
