Serving Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties of Oregon for over 40 years, CSC is a nonprofit organization providing services and resources for housing, employment, education, nutrition, home energy, and more!

We currently have a team of nearly 200 passionate staff, spanning several locations and communities, in partnership with hundreds of community partners, including other service providers, shelters, faith-based organizations, health care providers, educational institutions, and more. Each year we receive more than 300,000 volunteer hours, and serve over 75,000 community members.

CSC is part of a national and statewide network of Community Action Agencies, dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other, building strong, resilient communities.

MISSION:  In partnership with a caring community, we help people in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties to access tools and resources to overcome poverty and build brighter and more stable futures. 

PHILOSOPHY: We believe people are capable of great things when offered the proper tools.  We treat each client with dignity and respect, and offer a supportive setting where each person learns and develops new skills.
