Community2Community (C2C) is a small nonprofit based in Brooklyn, New York. For more than 12 years, it works to help Haitian communities achieve self-sufficiency by meeting essential needs such as water, food, shelter, sanitation, and health and hygiene without ongoing foreign aid.
