Compass Awards is a patch based recognition program to highlight a child's personal achievements. The program centers on the use of a large main patch and coordinating smaller "activity badges". The activity badges are awarded upon completion of a specific skill or talent. Activity patches can then velcro to the larger patch to chart a child's progress and be displayed with pride. Whether it is a patch for swimming, rock climbing or just exhibiting team leadership, these awards will bring a new meaning and a sense of accomplishment for all the children in your youth programs.
