In 2012, several well-established, independent fostering agencies – all judged by Ofsted as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ – joined together to form Compass Fostering, bringing a wealth of fostering experience and specialist local knowledge to a national level. 

Compass Fostering's vision is clear: to provide safe, stable, and loving homes for children and young people who, for various reasons, cannot live with their birth families. Our commitment is to ensure that every child in our care has the opportunity to thrive, develop, and lead fulfilling lives. We believe that every child deserves a nurturing and supportive environment, and it is our duty to create such spaces for them.
