Compass Innovative Behavior Strategies is a multidisciplinary behavioral health provider for individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. The Compass brand includes the following strategic divisions:

- Compass Behavior, providing clinic-based ABA therapy and Speech services to individuals with Autism and other developmental delays.

- Compass Academy, a New Hampshire certified Private School for grades K-8, focusing on providing an individualized education and treatment program for students who cannot be properly accommodated by the public school system.

- Compass Transport, a special needs transportation provider for students within the state of New Hampshire.

In July 2021, Compass successfully completed a merger with Patterns Behavioral Services. The new company has over 500 staff with a presence in 12 states in the USA.
