Comply365 CoAnalyst is a Berlin-based software development entity formed after Comply365 acquired Beams in August 2025. Beams was a safety intelligence company specializing in applying artificial intelligence to aviation safety. The current platform analyzes incoming incident and safety reports from pilots and other aviation personnel and yields predictive insights on potential operational risks and hazards.

Aviation companies generate millions of safety and incident reports each year, and Beams’ approach has been described as enabling faster processing and new hazard insights. The August 2025 acquisition of Beams by Comply365 marked the integration of these capabilities into Comply365 CoAnalyst.
