Comprehensive Orthopedic Physical Therapy (COPT) is an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Gopal Patel, PT is the CEO and therapist, so our patients always receive the individualized, hands-on care they deserve as well as the tools needed to prevent re-injury and return to their previous level of function.

COPT is EXPANDING. We are proud to announce our expansion — now serving patients at two convenient locations, Somerset, NJ and our newest clinic in Parsippany, NJ. We are a Physical Therapist owned private practice. Our team of experienced Physical Therapists specializes in a variety of manual techniques and hold advanced certifications in multiple disciplines. New graduates and new hires have access to mentor-ship and are apprenticed to excel. We interview thoroughly and only employ the most qualified Physical Therapists. We are continually recruiting and are seeking Physical Therapists who are enthusiastic about quality patient care and maintaining a balanced personal and professional life.

At COPT, we pride ourselves in helping our patients return to their daily activities as quickly as possible. We provide everything they need to understand their condition and encourage participation in their own rehabilitation. Gopal Patel, PT specializes in the McKenzie Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Certified in Kinesio Taping Method, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuro-Muscular Facilitation (PNF), trigger point massage, and therapeutic massage.
