Compugen Ltd. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Holon, within the Tel Aviv region of Israel, that develops cancer immunotherapies. It operates an AI- and machine learning-powered discovery platform, Unigen, to identify novel drug targets and biological pathways relevant to immune-oncology. Its pipeline combines early- and late-stage programs, including Fc-reduced antibodies and bispecifics, some of which are advanced through licensing arrangements with larger pharmaceutical companies. Key programs include COM902, an Fc-reduced anti-TIGIT antibody in early development, and rilvegostomig, a PD-1/TIGIT bispecific in Phase 3 under a license with AstraZeneca. Earlier-stage assets include COM701, targeting PVRIG, and GS-0321 (formerly COM503), an anti-IL-18 binding protein antibody licensed to Gilead. In 2025 the company expanded its discovery capabilities by integrating Ultima Genomics' single-cell sequencing technology with its Unigen platform.
