Computer Concepts USA delivers a full range of PC and Mac computer training and repair services for Chicagoland clients, and we provide many of the same expert capabilities across the country at alternate locations, your business, or through online learning programs.

Every Consumer Concept trainer has at least 15 years of experience and works with you and your staff, delivering proven teaching methods and technology leverage that best serves your customers and outperforms your competitors.
I started Computer Concepts in 1999 after gaining CRM and software experience at Productivity Point, and in fintech and healthcare organizations. As such, I’ve actively participated in IT’s hardware and software transformation, the social media evolution and pain points all too familiar to individuals, startups, and businesses of all sizes and industries. 
Initially, we were referred to as a break-fix company, helping consumers and small businesses deal with immediate hardware/software problems and often wowing them by demonstrating their technologies’ capabilities. We’ve evolved into an IT community connector and managed service provider, still handling repairs and upgrades as well as conducting training sessions tailored to specific business needs, instruction on digital safety, cybersecurity and the entire suite of Microsoft products, Adobe, SalesForce and other software products.
Additionally, we’re acutely aware that every screen presents real and ever-present security, malware and ransomware threats. Our cutting-edge channel software allows us to monitor and maintain your computer assets, freeing you to focus on your core business while we handle the often overwhelming but critical issues your technology investments require.
