Conal Manufacturing is a small to mid-size job shop that has had a long history in the beverage canning industry. However, since opening in shop in 1980, we have expanded into many different industries as we have acquired various types of customers. We do not specialize in a single specific area, we have just happened to build the most customer volume producing canning parts, medical machined component parts, and DOD machined parts. The parts we manufacture are usually made from various grades of aluminum, steel and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, various plastics, etc. (listed from most to least common). We have 10 milling centers and 6 turning centers. We also have a great ID/OD and surface grinding department and our QA department is outstanding. We can provide some small assemblies, though nothing that requires a clean room. We do not perform any welding in house anymore, we now outsource to a non-ITAR welder locally. We can also provide many types of surface finishes, including but not limited to: chromate conversion/chem. film, anodize, black oxide, zinc plating, passivation, paint and laser engraving. All finish processes are outsourced to non-ITAR local vendors. Specializing in contract manufacturing since 1980
