Condo-Check provides a variety of condominium consuting and training services.   Bernie Winter founded Condo-Check in 1994 in response to a need for buyers to have an understanding of the impact of the condominium corporation on their finances and personal ability to live in  specific condominium property before they purchased the unit. 

At Condo-Check we provide the "Condominium Document Review" of the condominium documents available to abuyer during the sale of a condominum in Alberta.  Our customers include condo buyers, mortgage lenders,mortgage insurers, and relocation companies who want clarity on the potential risks for the buyer, based on the facts of the condominum operation.  

The Condominium Viability Audit & Rating service is availble to condominium boards in Calgary and the surrounding areas who are looking for competant, ongoing support and guidence in completing the tasks of governing their condominium both cost effectively and efficiently. Ths program helps boards simplify the process of managing the condominium and helps them sustain the property values while respecting that they are volunteer owners. 

The Condominium Document Review & Rating report is completed for condominums that are members of the Condominium Viability Audit & Rating program.  This report  is available to condo buyers and owners.
