Condo Pharmacy is an independently owned and operated pharmacy dedicated to meeting the unique healthcare needs of each individual patient.  In addition to providing both traditional and specialty pharmacy services, Condo Pharmacy is proud to be a part of the CPESN USA network of pharmacies and offer enhanced pharmacy services and care management protocols.  Our pharmacists also team with other health care providers and insurers to offer clinical care services such as annual wellness visits, chronic care management, and transitions of care services from both inside and outside the pharmacy.    

From our second floor laboratory, we are able to compound custom preparations for hormone replacement therapy, pain management protocols, pediatric dosage tailoring, veterinary medications, and much more.  Our coaches and pharmacists work with patients in what was one of New York’s first pharmacy based Ideal Protein weight loss clinics.  

Condo Pharmacy stocks a line of pharmaceutical grade vitamins & supplements, many over the counter health & wellness products, and provides medication therapy management services.
