Energy Efficiency Recent EPA grant funding enabled Eitz Chayim to install energy efficient windows. This indicates openness to sustainability projects and potential interest in ongoing energy management, retrofits, or building efficiency services for religious facilities.

Tech Stack Current technology includes cloud tools and web infrastructure (Google Workspace, Google Tag Manager, Varnish, Fastly, Bootstrap, PHP, styled-components). Opportunities exist to offer IT optimization, security Audits, website optimization, or tailored collaboration tools for small institutions.

Financial Scope Revenue under $1 million with a very small employee base suggests a lean budget but targeted needs. Potential sales angle includes affordable, scalable solutions for administration, digital outreach, and cost-effective energy or facility upgrades.

Community Reach As a religious institution in Cambridge with a limited staff, building relationships through existing networks and referrals could yield partnerships for education, community programs, and member engagement platforms.

Growth Potential Recent grant-orientated funding for facility upgrades indicates willingness to invest in infrastructure when grant leverage is available. Position offerings that pair with grant support, compliance, or sustainability storytelling to maximize impact.
