The Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) is a Washington, DC-based nonprofit founded in 2003 by Members of Congress. It is a non-partisan organization dedicated to advancing the economic progress of Hispanics and to promoting a diversity of thought, heritage, and views among Americans of Hispanic and Portuguese descent.
