Connect-123 was founded in 2006 with a simple mission: to link international organizations with students looking to gain career-related, global experience. Since then, we’ve grown to five continents, partnered with hundreds of organizations, and created valuable internship experiences for thousands of students and recent graduates around the world.  

Through it all, we’re still guided by that same principle of providing quality hands-on, experiential learning opportunities for students while benefiting NGOs, schools, hospitals, local businesses, and communities in our six destination cities of Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Barcelona, Dublin, Sydney, and Tokyo.  

As a leading international internship program provider, we not only work with our participants to create customized programs in areas as diverse as human rights, health care, business, sustainability, and more, but are continuing to develop and foster our partnerships with universities around the world. 

For almost two decades, we’ve watched as students, recent grads and even experienced professionals have capitalized on the many opportunities for growth and development that meaningful international travel provides to truly become global citizens. We’re humbled to have been, and to continue to be, part of their journey.
