About Connections For Life Connections For Life (CFL) empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independent, fulfilling, and connected lives. We believe every person deserves choice, dignity, and opportunity, and we provide personalized supports that help them achieve their goals, build skills, and engage fully in their communities. As a vendor through the North Bay Regional Center , CFL offers a range of services tailored to each individual’s needs: Supported Living Services (SLS): Help individuals live safely and independently in their own homes with the right level of support. Independent Living Services (ILS): Provide hands-on coaching to develop essential life skills like cooking, budgeting, and transportation navigation. Tailored Day Services (TDS): Offer flexible, person-centered opportunities for education, volunteer work, employment, and community engagement. Self-Determination Program: Empowers individuals to make choices about their services, how they are delivered, and how resources are used to meet their goals. Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP): Provide job readiness training, career coaching, and partnerships with local employers to help participants secure and maintain meaningful employment. We combine skill-building with community integration, providing access to resources and support networks that promote independence. Our administrative office serves as an on-site resource center, where participants can: Access computers and printing for resumes or research Practice job interview skills Receive guidance on career and personal development CFL takes a person-centered approach, tailoring programs to individual goals, strengths, and aspirations. We collaborate with families, local agencies, employers, and community partners to build strong support networks.
