Welcome to Conquest Training Systems, where we affectionately call our company "The Mental Health Club for Professionals".  Conquest provides its clientele with much more than motivational “quick fix” sales seminars. The Conquest team agrees with the psychological studies that prove memory can fade quickly. During even the most inspiring seminars – and immediately following – participants often “feel good” and plan to put into action the ideas they’ve just heard. However, 48 hours later most individuals can only remember a few one-liners and power phrases. As a result, no permanent change occurs in their sales performance.

There is a world of difference between the so-called “quick fix” training and the reinforcement training provided by Conquest. Effective training demands reinforcement. Reinforcement training takes time, certainly more than one or two days! And it requires committed trainers to help individuals and companies make significant and lasting changes.
