Con casi 20 años de experiencia en la prestación de Servicios de Atención al Cliente/Ciudadano, Contactel ha logrado posicionarse en Canarias como el grupo empresarial referente en el sector Contact Center y de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC).

En la actualidad, Contactel cuenta con una amplia cartera de productos y servicios orientados a la mejora de los procesos de gestión multicanal de los Contact Center (inbound, outbound, blended y backoffice).

Además, su dilatada experiencia ha permitido poder afrontar el reto de desarrollar una gama propia de aplicaciones basada en la tecnología CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) para Contact Centers, sobre la plataforma PBX Asterisk y el uso de software libre.
 
En 2007 Contactel presenta su primera solución CTI denominada CTPhone Call Center Solutions 1.0, que evoluciona a partir del año 2010 a CTPhone Contact Center Solutions 2.0.

ARCADIA, la aplicación más reciente ideada por el equipo de desarrollo de Contactel, es otro potente software diseñado para la gestión integral de la seguridad y las emergencias.
