Managed by Co-founder/Executive Producer Natalie Sakai, ContagiousLA boasts a talented roster of young talent that includes Andrew Laurich, Jeff Jenkins, Ben Ketai, Andrew Renzi, Benjamin Arfmann (VR), and Diana King (photography). Spot work for brands like Mercedes-Benz, Carhartt, Farmer’s Insurance, and McDonald’s, and is complemented by integrated and off-beat projects such as the award-winning short film Art & Corny - starring advertising luminaries Lee Clow, Gerry Graf and Jeff Goodby - and A Reasonable Request, which recently screened at Sundance and SXSW, becoming one of the most lauded comedy shorts of the year.  

Birthed in 2010, ContagiousLA (CLA) came of age amidst the “new normal”, in which production companies are often called upon for creative and strategic collaboration. As such, our roster is comprised of storytellers with extensive longform experience who are just as comfortable contributing on the page as they are behind the lens. Ours is also an era of tighter budgets but unchanged expectations. But a job worth doing shouldn’t be sidelined by budget or resources and, frankly, we thrive on the kind of MacGyver-like problem solving that allows even the smallest projects to see the light of day. If it’s fun, we’re interested. Across all formats, CLA and its filmmakers tell stories that rebel as much as they entertain. We don't want to die of the fear. We want to cure ourselves of it.
