Boutique footprint Small team with 0-1 employees and a Seattle base presents a niche, potentially highly personalized service model. This creates opportunities to offer flexible, high-touch architectural services, project management support, or partnerships that scale with client demand.

Diverse project exposure Experience across commercial and residential projects in the Northwest and overseas suggests a versatile portfolio. Target mid-market developers and boutique builders seeking design agility, faster turnaround, and jurisdictional flexibility for cross-regional projects.

Tech stack fit Current tools include legacy or lightweight web and design technologies. Opportunities exist to modernize workflows with BIM integration, cloud collaboration, and prototyping software to improve efficiency, collaboration with larger firms, and bidding competitiveness.

Financial levers With revenue under one million, there is potential to help optimize pricing strategies, value-based proposals, and project scoping to improve margins, plus advisory on grant-funded or incentive-based projects common in the Seattle region.

Strategic partnerships Operating alongside major AEC players as a lean boutique, Conti Studio Architects could pursue partnerships, preferred vendor status, or subcontracting arrangements with larger firms to win joint opportunities and expand project scale.
