Continued Care of Long Island has provided home medical health equipment to members of the Long Island and Greater New York community for over 25 years. We have developed a comprehensive inventory of products ranging from items such as diapers and baby formula, to portable oxygen concentrators and wheelchairs. 

We realize that our customers need direct access to professional support and may require more than just getting a product in the mail. To that end we provide 24/7 access to a vast network of Medical and Dental consultants and employ many full time Respiratory Therapists, as well as an in house RN to address your concerns. 

We also provide services under insurance benefits which include accreditation, licensing, eligibility and authorization, delivery, assignment of benefits, billing, home assessment, slip and fall prevention, education, and 24 emergency services. 

Our service areas include Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and the Bronx.
