Continuum Partners, LLC—continuumpartners.com—is a Denver-based real estate development and investment management company founded in 1997. 

Since its inception, Continuum has established itself as a national leader in large-scale, mixed-use projects and is known for its capacity to handle complex redevelopments with several multi-hundred million dollar high-profile projects under its belt.  

Continuum’s portfolio spans a broad range including the Union Station Transportation Center and Neighborhood in Downtown Denver; Belmar, a $750 million mixed-use precinct in Lakewood; 9+Co, a 26-acre redevelopment of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center; and Market Station, the 2-acre redevelopment of the former RTD bus station in the heart of downtown Denver, transformed into a 370,000 square foot mixed-use development with innovative retail, mixed-income housing and community spaces.  

Continuum has a second office in Los Angeles, developing projects like ProduceLA, a 116,000 square foot creative office space in the Los Angeles Arts District; Fourth & Central, a $2 billion redevelopment of the 2-acre LA Cold Storage site; and three additional mixed-use sites underway in Downtown Los Angeles.
