Designed by Dr. Christy Byrd, an educational psychologist and NC State professor, it blends escape room excitement with real insight into how teams work best. Participants take a strengths assessment, tackle an escape room challenge, and then reflect with a guided debrief that leads to practical takeaways. It’s research-based, accessible to all abilities, and actually useful back at the office. (Plus, no trust falls required.)
