Convalt Energy (CE) is a portfolio company of ACO Investment Group. CE is focused on developing and investing in renewable energy projects and companies, with a focus on solar, wind, waste to power and upgrading of existing hydro power plants.

In April 2021, Convalt Energy acquired SunPower’s solar panel tools and equipment from their facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. This facility was initially built in 2009 by SolarWorld and acquired by SunPower in 2018.
