Strategic Consulting Conventus recently launched a Strategy Consulting Practice focused on fintech and financial services, indicating a potential cross-sell opportunity to their existing clients or partners in those sectors who require event-driven strategic support.

Fintech Focus The fintech and financial services emphasis suggests a receptiveness to conferences, incentive programs, and executive events tailored to regulatory, innovation, and partnership themes, making these sectors ripe for targeted event programs.

SMB to Niche With a lean team and revenue under one million, Conventus may benefit from scalable, modular event services and bundled offerings that appeal to small and mid-sized fintech firms seeking cost-effective, high-impact events.

Technology Stack Reliance on standard web and security technologies (Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, Nginx, Sucuri) indicates a cost-conscious tech footprint; opportunities exist to propose streamlined digital event solutions, attendee management platforms, and security-compliant vendor management tools.

International Capability Broad experience in both international and domestic markets positions Conventus to pursue cross-border conferences and global incentive programs, aligning with corporate clients expanding or migrating to multi-country event strategies.
