Conway Regional Health System is a hospitals and health care provider based in Conway, Arkansas, serving a seven-county North Central Arkansas region from its campus at 2302 College Avenue. Centered on a 150-bed acute care medical center, it offers services including heart health, orthopedics, neuro-spine and vascular surgery, gastroenterology, women’s health, surgery, and rehabilitation, and operates a Rehabilitation Hospital and a 70,000-square-foot Health and Fitness Center, as well as a physician enterprise with ten primary care clinics and seven specialty clinics. The system serves more than 200 physicians under an Accountable Clinical Management Model that promotes physician leadership engagement and shared governance with hospital administration to improve patient experience and care. Conway Regional has been recognized for workforce engagement, with an employee engagement score in the top 20% and a medical staff engagement score in the top 5% among similar hospitals, and has earned multiple Best Place to Work honors in Arkansas and nationally. In 2019, Conway Regional announced a management agreement with Dardanelle Hospital, which was renamed Dardanelle Regional Medical Center; in May 2026 it announced that President and CEO Matt Troup would depart in July 2026 to take a market president role out of state.
