Cooper & Associates represents a broad spectrum of clients in matters of corporate and individual counseling, negotiation and litigation with an emphasis on art and entertainment law, intellectual property, employment law and all aspects of family law.  We counsel our clients on a variety of issues involving contract rights, corporate matters, copyright and trademark protection, concert, theater and film production and strategic planning.  Our background in these areas derives from experience at large firms, at major corporations, as educators and as published authors and artists ourselves. 

We are widely experienced in all phases of commercial civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, arbitration and appellate matters.  We are well versed in employment and matrimonial law, including issues of separation and the termination of relationships in numerous contexts.  Using mediation techniques, we always pursue the most efficient and practical resolution rather than the prolongation of conflict.
