Cope Linder Architects LLC (CLA) is an award winning architectural design firm based in Philadelphia, with offices at 1700 Market Street. Cope Linder Architects combines the practices of architecture, urban design and planning to offer a complete range of professional services, including strategic planning, conceptual design, existing building analysis, construction documentation and construction administration. Since its founding in 1966, the firm has developed and retained a highly creative staff dedicated to design excellence and comprehensive project management, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design. Cope Linder Architects’ project portfolio includes many of Philadelphia’s notable buildings and public spaces, including the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building, Graham Building, ARAMark Building, 1706 Rittenhouse Square Street residential tower, SugarHouse Casino, 1525 Locust Street office tower, 23 South 23rd Street residential loft building, and the historic Ross House.
