Coppertop Golf Course recently changed hands from the Haddad family, who took ownership in the early 1980’s, to a new group of 4 local friends.  

Brunswick residents Greg Clement (Mapleside Farms), Eric Engelke and Jim Maclellan (Engelke Construction), and Olmsted Township resident and Greg’s business partner, Joe Singleton, are excited to take on the challenge of operating one of this area’s top public golf courses and event centers.

The four are excited about improving a Medina County landmark and striving towards making Coppertop a premier wedding and event venue in Northeast Ohio.

The Clement family has experience with other NE Ohio landmarks.  They own and operate Mapleside Farms in Brunswick and see many similarities between the two properties. Greg’s experience with Mapleside Farms lends itself to creating a very exciting future for Coppertop.
