COR Advantage provides a research-based assessment for children from birth through kindergarten, designed to support teachers with planning, documentation, and family engagement. The assessment relies on a compact 36-item framework that efficiently captures key school readiness indicators, helping teachers save time and focus on instruction. It delivers individualized lesson plans and detailed progress reports, supported by a scoring guide that enhances data consistency and reliability, and it is validated and aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, Common Core State Standards, and state early learning standards, usable with developmentally appropriate curricula.

The product targets early childhood educators and programs serving birth through kindergarten, addressing the need to connect classroom assessment with family engagement through shared photos, videos, and anecdotal observations. The platform brings planning, documentation, assessment, and family engagement into a single workflow, and COR Advantage is based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, as a small organization focused on research-based educational assessment.
