Since 2003, we have worked on several residential redevelopment projects.  A recent undertaking ignited a burning desire to expand on the previous successes and share a passion of real estate with others.  Through the years, we have developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, the expertise necessary to navigate any transaction; and have the integrity to follow up on promises. 

Early on, the projects that were sought out were those that allowed us to take properties that were in dire need of attention and bring them back to life to be enjoyed by new owners and to the joy of the surrounding community.  These projects were sprinkled in here and there to fill in the void of downtime while working in the software programming industry.  

However, a property that was purchased in 2013 would help redefine our focus.  It was part of an estate that was left to family members who held very fond memories of being in the home but over the years, it had become somewhat of an eyesore and needed more than just a little TLC.  The goal was to not only to update it but redefine it on the block and show how what was once seen as a blemish to its surroundings could rise from a tired, depleted look to become one of the gems of the neighborhood.  The project not only met our goals but far exceeded our expectations with the gratitude we received from the community at large and more importantly from the surviving family members.  They were completely taken aback by the transformation.  

The whole experience was so rewarding that we set out to further pursue residential redevelopment and seek out situations where we could help homeowners out of any kind of distressed situation.  It is out of this premise that Core 5 Properties was born.
