Corinth Global Investments and Capital Solutions, LLC, (d/b/a Corinth Capital (US)) in partnership with Corinth Investments, AG (Switzerland), is a private venture capital investment group.  Our group brings over 40 years of collective experience in global capital finance, investment banking and corporate advisory services.  Our group's funds are privately held and directed based on recommendations and decisions from our key shareholders and our Group Advisory and Credit Committee.  Our funds are sourced exclusively from our private owners who are shareholders in our investments.  We do not accept participation from any individual or companies for a return from our group.
Corinth Investments focuses on: 
(a) making selective direct private investments globally, 
(b) serving as Advisor and fiduciary to our stakeholders (i.e., our Swiss operations).
Where needed our group will contribute its advisory or technical expertise.
Within its group structure, Corinth Investments relies on the expertise of its U.S. affiliate in providing boutique merchant banking services to its clients/partners specifically in the areas of corporate restructuring, merger/acquisition, and risk management in alignment with our investment interests.
Our group does not provide counsel on market strategies or services related to financial products such as capital market securities, financial advice and ILS financial instruments. While we do restrict investment participation in our group exclusively to our private owners we will, however, co-participate with individuals and other institutions in the funding of projects.
We engage only in the funding of private projects and will not consider government projects backed by government guarantees or any form of private-public participation (PPP) projects. We are entrepreneurially focused and use opportunistic investment strategy and as such we will consider private projects only.
