Coriole Vineyards is a family-run winery in McLaren Vale, South Australia, founded in 1967 by the Lloyd family. Its principal wine is Shiraz, and the estate also produces Sangiovese and Chenin Blanc from its on-site vineyards, with wines distributed internationally. The site's history includes farmhouses built in 1860 that anchor the garden and cellar door, while the first vineyards were planted just after World War I. Coriole is managed by two family members, Mark and Paul Lloyd. In 2020, reports noted that Peter Lloyd was named general manager.
