Corman Construction and Corman Marine Construction joined the Kokosing family of companies in February 2018, reorganizing as one company:  Corman Kokosing Construction Company.  Corman, based in Annapolis Junction, MD, is well into its fourth generation as a family-owned and operated heavy construction company. Since its founding in 1920 as a Washington, D.C., area contracting company, Corman has evolved into an industry leader throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in highway construction, bridge construction and repair, underground utility work, tunnel construction, marine construction, and more.   

Our Southern Division, based in South Chesterfield, Virginia, serves customers located in the lower Mid-Atlantic region. While our Tidewater Division, located in Chesapeake, VA, encompasses projects located from eastern North Carolina and the greater Norfolk-Hampton Roads metropolitan area, to west along I-64.
