Cornerstone of Southern California has been at the forefront of addiction treatment since its inception in 1984. Founded by Dr. Michael Stone, who has been working in addiction recovery since 1969, Cornerstone stands as one of the longest-running treatment centers in Southern California specializing in a range of substance use disorders and addictions. Our approach to recovery is grounded in long-term support and care.


We offer medical detox programs for those battling severe withdrawal symptoms from alcohol, methamphetamine, fentanyl and heroin. Our medical detox program utilizes anti-craving medications to manage withdrawal symptoms safely and effectively.


Following detox, clients may transition into our Inpatient Rehab Program in Orange County, CA, for more intensive support. This includes mental health counseling, group therapy, family counseling, and other therapies designed to address the underlying causes of addiction. 


For those requiring a more flexible schedule, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers supportive care to continue recovery while maintaining more responsibilities.


Our Recovery Support Groups and Alumni Program offer ongoing care and community support to navigate the challenges of post-rehab life.
