Corporate Medical Services (CMS) and WorkforceQA have combined to provide a powerhouse for employee screening solutions. Together, we provide the best in background screening and drug testing for a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide the fastest reporting times in the industry while also providing outstanding customer service and helping our clients be more compliant and efficient.

CMS was founded in 1995 with one person, one computer, and one client. By 1998, we added nationwide 24/7 service to our clients, making us competitive on a national scale. In 2001, we incorporated state-of-the-art (for that time) automated faxing of results to our clients. In 2004, CMS developed automated emailing of all tests, delivering the results our clients needed faster. By 2007, we introduced our first online presence that allowed downloading results and scheduling services. Since then, we’ve continued utilizing the best technology available to provide customized services to our clients, including web services and XML reporting of services.

Customer experience has always been at the top of our priority list. So when we identified needs that weren’t being met, we created our DotStop consortium for small company compliance; CMS Sleep Express, a full-service Sleep Apnea program; and custom program solutions, including physical review and automated certification submittal to DMV.

Today, CMS serves a wide variety of clients and industries across the United States and Canada, including trucking, bussing, fireworks, schools, hospital organizations, and other Third Party Administrators. This year, CMS will report over 100,000 drug screens and additional services. We serve more than 4,000 companies with a speed of service that few competitors can match. However, a couple of things have not changed: Our focus on providing outstanding customer service and a constant search for ways to reduce the hassle for our clients.
