Cosentino Winery is a small beverage producer based in Yountville, California, in the Napa Valley region. It was founded in 1980 with a focus on crafting wines from California's premier vineyards. The winery released its first wines in 1981, produced from initial lots sourced from growers across the North Coast, including Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, and Sacramento counties.

Cosentino is noted for introducing new varietals and for creating blends that contributed to the Meritage concept in California. In 1989, the winery released The Poet from the 1986 vintage, one of the early designated Meritage wines in the United States.
