The first full-scale distillery ever in the Cotswolds, we produce the award-winning Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky made by using 100% locally grown Cotswold barley which is traditionally floor malted at nearby Warminster Maltings, one of Britain’s oldest working maltings. In addition, we also produce Cotswolds Dry Gin, distilled with nine carefully considered botanicals, including locally sourced lavender from Snowshill and fresh hand-peeled lime and pink grapefruit zest, as well as a range of other artisanal spirits. 

Our distillery is uniquely located in a designated rural Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Warwickshire and has been founded by American businessman Daniel Szor, who now lives in the Cotswolds.

We’re proud to be part of village life here – our team live locally, our neighbours help with the bottling and fruit peeling, and the spent grains from our mash go to feed the local cows. It’s all about being an active part of this beautiful region. There are some fantastic things to see around us; from Blenheim Palace to the home of Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon, and all the beautiful villages in between.
