The Council Rock School District (CRSD) is a public education system delivering primary and secondary schooling in southeastern Pennsylvania's lower Bucks County. The district maintains two high schools, two middle schools, ten elementary schools, plus an alternative high school and the A.C.H.I.E.V.E Center, serving a broad student population across a 75-square-mile area. Its administrative offices are in The Chancellor Center, a historic building in the Borough of Newtown originally constructed in 1871 and renovated in 2003. As of May 2015, enrollment was about 11,157 and the district employs a workforce described as several hundred staff. In 2023, the district partnered with the University of Kansas on a project to design and construct a shade structure, reflecting collaboration with higher education to support facilities. The district operates in Bucks County, with a footprint across five municipalities: Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Northampton Township, Upper Makefield Township, and Wrightstown Township.
