CPRS Physical Therapy is Medicare certified outpatient private practice that provides physical therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Occupational Health and Wellness services throughout the Central Pennsylvania Region and surrounding areas. CPRS Physical Therapy owns and operates multiple clinics in 12 counties in Central PA.

CPRS Physical Therapy (Central PA Rehabilitation Services, Inc.) was founded in Millersburg, PA in 1983 by two Physical Therapists with the idea that physical therapy could and should be built around our clients and for our clients. Over thirty years later, these founding principles still provide the base for multiple CPRS clinics in 12 counties throughout Central Pennsylvania and surrounding communities. Each clinic strives to demonstrate excellence, integrity, and teamwork as we provide care to each individual as a person and not just a number.
