Our 60+ seat neighborhood spot is a modern interpretation of a public house, offering casual food, 30 highly desirable craft beer taps featuring the best the industry has to offer, well-crafted cocktails and an extensive selection of intriguing and affordable wines. In the spirit of every great pub, guests are welcomed to drop in for anything from a drink and a quick bite on the way home after work, to joining with friends or family in sharing a meal. The mission at Craft is simple: serve delicious, affordable food that guests will want to return to week after week. Chef James St Ours, along with his passionate experienced staff, apply innovative techniques in the kitchen at Craft Beer Bar. Taking familiar dishes and flavor combinations and presenting them in their own unique style, celebrating the world’s diverse food culture in the process. The beverage program at Craft, led by Bar Manager Dustin Sladky, follows suit. Cocktails will be crafted with unexpected ingredients and modern techniques. We also carry world class liquors. The wine list, in addition to offering interesting wines and some lesser-known varietals, showcases by-the-glass options normally found only by the bottle. Craft Beer Bar Gastropub is owned by The Shale Group, LLC, a joint venture of Doreen Lyon and Christine Mack.
